Discover a bounty of shops including anchors like Best Buy, Dillard’s, JCPenny, Homegoods, Scheel’s Sports, and Target. When it was built, the mall was the largest in the state of Iowa. Many malls across the country are seeing business decline. Stores are closing, but the Coral Ridge Mall remains a busy shopping center.

There is also an ice rink, 10 screen movie theater, and food court that seats 700 people. The mall is designed well, it takes no time to get from one end to the other. If you need something, you should be capable of finding it here.

First rate entertainment is not limited to sporting events. Hancher Auditorium presents many fine shows each year, and has hosted several world premiers in music and dance. There have been productions of “The Nutcracker”, “Annie”, symphony performances, and several other popular shows. Recently Hancher hosted a Bob Dylan performance. You will be surprised who appears on stage from time to time. Most of Eastern Iowa will not get the entertainment opportunities that Iowa City enjoys.
